Sales Account Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in the greater Philadelphia area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, delivering product demonstrations, and maintaining a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include building and fostering relationships, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Possess a hunter sales DNA mentality
• Highly competitive personality, with a strong sales and account management skill set, including client acquisition and relationship building
• Proficiency in product demonstrations, proposal generation, and a consultative selling approach
• Familiarity with Unified Communication (UCaaS) platforms, telecommunication solutions and AI literate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience in telecommunication or cloud-based technology industries is a plus
