About The OpportunityKramer Portraits is hiring motivated and professional Appointment Setters to contact prospective clients and schedule portrait photography sessions. This is a fully remote, work-from-home outbound calling position offering guaranteed hourly pay plus strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses. No cold calling – you will primarily contact warm or interested leads. If you enjoy speaking with people, building rapport quickly, and being rewarded for performance, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your income while working from home.
Pay& Earnings
- $20 per hour guaranteed base pay

Monday Through Friday Only – No weekend shifts required or offered.
Full-Time Positions- Up to 40 hours per week (based on KPI performance)

- Professionally represent Kramer Portraits during client interaction
- Follow up with interested leads when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Meet or exceed performance goals
Preference given to candidates with experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Outbound calling or call center environments
- Sales or customer engagement roles
- Warm or cold lead outreach
Confident communicators motivated to succeed are encouraged to apply.
Remote Work Requirements- Window-based PC (Mac or Chromebook not compatible)
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Headset for professional calling
Second monitor preferred but not required.
