We’re hiring Outbound Appointment Setters to join our fast‑growing, remote sales team. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on discipline, and wants to earn based on how hard you work—not just the hours you log—this could be for you! You’ll be calling real estate agents across the U.S. and locking in free first shoots with our partner photographers. Every booking = commission.
No waiting for paid deals to close; every free shoot you book earns you a commission.
This is a FULLY remote position.
What You’ll Do- Call, text, and email real estate agents
- Book free photo shoots onto our clients' schedules
- Go through lists of active listings and identify agent needs
- Track results, get feedback, and sharpen your pitch
- 3 – 8 triages booked from outbounds
- Maintain a 5% or higher conversion rate
- Someone who genuinely loves people, not just sales
- Willing to grind and hit the numbers, every day, without excuses
- Competitive, but team‑minded – you want to be the best and help the team win
- Resilient – you can take a “no” and dial the next number with energy
- Self‑driven – you want control over your income, not a capped paycheck
- Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and eager to improve fast
- 1+ year in appointment setting, cold calling, SDR/BDR, or door‑to‑door sales
- Customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, call center)
- Comfort with CRM tools and remote work
- High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a working computer
- Commission‑only (1099 contractor)
- Avg: $2,500 – $4,000/month
- Weekly performance bonuses
