This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finanzierungsberater(in) - Leasing-Spezialist(in) – Industrie & Bau & Agrar, Region NW-Schweiz at BPCE Equipment Solutions. Based in the North West region of Switzerland, the role involves a mix of on-site client engagement, remote work and in the office meetings. The primary responsibilities include advising clients on tailored leasing and financing solutions for industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment.

Key tasks encompass analyzing client financial needs, structuring customized financing plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financing agreements.

• Expertise in financial services, leasing strategies, and customized financing solutions
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, client acquisition, and building strong partnerships
• Excellent skills in financial analysis, sales negotiation, and aligning financial products with client needs
• Strong communication skills in both (Swiss) German and English, with French proficiency being an additional advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the industrial, construction, and agricultural sectors in Switzerland is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in leasing advisory or financial consulting roles
