This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role primarily based in the City of Cape Town, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new leads, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings, and providing exceptional customer service.

The role also involves actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills combined with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and cold calling strategies.
• Ability to meet sales goals, manage time efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of logistics and cargo handling services is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
