About the Role
We’re hiring an execution-ready SDR with at least 1 year of hands-on outbound prospecting experience.
This role involves daily cold calling, email outreach, and live discovery conversations with U.S.
-based business professionals. You must be comfortable leading structured conversations and communicating clearly in real time.
This is not an entry-level training role.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and Linked In outreach
- Run structured discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities and set meetings
- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year outbound SDR/BDR experience (cold calling required)
- Experience conducting live discovery calls
- Clear, structured verbal communication
- Professional composure under pressure
- Demonstrated job stability

Benefits
- Base Pay: CA $40,000 - CA $60,000 per year plus commission
