In this role, you will support the North America Sales Vice President and the sales teams with operational tasks, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. With an emphasis on data analysis and collaboration, you'll play a crucial part in developing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with channel partners and direct customers.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the North America Sales Vice President in forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze sales data to create actionable insights.
• Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Develop and implement sales strategies alongside the sales team.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
• Drive forecasting and quota setting processes.
• Streamline sales operations through process improvements.
• Provide training to sales team members.
• Track and report key sales metrics.
• Onboard new hires with necessary training.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of sales profitability.
• Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and create forecasts.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with channel distribution strategies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
