This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Distributor Partner. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth relationships with food service distributors, overseeing the entire sales process from initial engagement to signed agreement. Your work will help modernize operations and improve efficiencies within a complex industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging technology to facilitate meaningful digital transformation for our clients.

Success hinges on developing credibility and fostering strong, partnership‑led engagements.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the full-cycle sales process for targeted food service distributor accounts.
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to build relationships across executive and functional leadership.
  • Navigate complex enterprise-level buying processes with multiple decision-makers.
  • Lead outcome-based discovery to identify distributor goals and operational challenges.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to align with distributor workflows and digital maturity.
  • Build compelling business cases centered around ROI and long-term value.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and support pipeline generation.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a consultative role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Experience in food service, distribution, logistics, or operational environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead outcome-based sales conversations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Hub Spot and/or Salesforce) with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of executing targeted account strategies independently.
