About the Role

QCL is seeking a seasoned Sales Partner to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and proactive business development. This is a remote, commission-only (1099) role designed for experienced professionals who want flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped income potential.

This role requires approximately 15–20 hours per week and offers a structured two-week onboarding program, direct reporting to leadership, and ongoing team collaboration.

You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, generating new business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities & Income Highlights
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects

  • Generate new leads through Linked In, email outreach, networking, and event sponsor ships

  • Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities

  • Develop trusted relationships with small business owners and decision-makers

  • Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided, including )

  • Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)

Compensation Plan & Earnings Potential

Commission Structure:

  • 25% commission on each closed sale

  • Pure performance-based compensation (no salary, but significant uncapped pay-outs for all on-going clients)

Year 1 Income Expectation:

  • Ramp-up period: approximately 90 days to consistent income flow

  • Expected first-year earnings: ~$100,000 for those performing as outlined

  • Current sales partner income range: $75,000 to $230,000

Year 2 and Beyond Income Potential:

  • Established pipeline and recurring relationships significantly increase income velocity

  • Highly aggressive solo producers can reach $200,000+ annually without building a team

  • Income compounds as your book of business grows

Two Career Path Options

1. Elite Solo Producer Path
For high-performing sales professionals who prefer autonomy:

  • Focus exclusively on closing business

  • Scale to multiple six-figure income through personal production

  • Recruit and mentor your own sales team
