What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments in energy‑saving programs
  • Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
  • Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
  • Actively participate in a remote team environment, including training sessions
  • Maintain a sales‑oriented approach while ensuring customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Strong punctuality and attendance record
  • Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales environment
  • Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive environment
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
  • Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
