Overview

Responsibilities- Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
- Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
- No cold calling. Candidates are pre‑qualified – you text, email, and call them for interviews.
- Great phone voice and attitude
- Works well independently and is a great team member
- Strong work ethic and high money motivation
- Love to learn and strive to be their personal best
$100,000+ per year (base salary, commissions, and bonus based on performance).
