The Role

As a Remote Investment Sales Consultant, you will speak with qualified investor leads and introduce them to property investment opportunities available through Buy-to-Let Club.

You will guide prospective investors through the opportunity, answer questions, and close investments or book them into investor consultations.

This is a performance-based commission role ideal for experienced sales professionals who want uncapped earnings and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with qualified investor leads via phone, Zoom, and email

• Present UK property investment opportunities to potential investors

• Build trust with high-net-worth individuals and business owners

• Explain investment structures, projected returns, and development plans

• Follow up with interested investors and move deals towards completion

• Maintain accurate notes and communication with the internal team

• Consistently close deals and meet personal sales targets

Earnings Potential

This is a commission-only role with high earning potential.

Typical commissions range from:

£2,000 – £10,000+ per completed investment

Top performers can realistically earn £10,000 – £30,000+ per month depending on performance.

• Experienced in sales, finance, property or investments

Previous experience in property investment, financial services, or high-ticket sales is a strong advantage.
