Senior Key Account Manager – Poultry (UK & Ireland)

Based (UK & Ireland)

We are working with a global animal health and nutrition company that is expanding its commercial team across Western Europe. Due to continued growth and new product developments, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic poultry accounts across the UK and Ireland.

This role is suited to someone who is currently operating at Key Account Manager or Senior Key Account Manager level within the poultry sector and has an established commercial network.

• Manage and develop strategic poultry accounts across the UK and Ireland
• Build long-term partnerships with integrators, producers and distributors
• Drive commercial growth within assigned key accounts
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers
• Work closely with distribution partners to develop the market
• Identify new business opportunities within key customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Engage with key industry stakeholders and decision makers
• Support territory planning and sales forecasting
• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition or related field
• Currently working as a Key Account Manager or Senior Key Account Manager
• Strong commercial experience in the poultry sector 3+ years
• Established network within UK and/or Ireland poultry industry
• Experience in animal health, feed additives or animal nutrition preferred
• Proven track record managing strategic customers

• Commercially driven and relationship-focused
• Strong understanding of poultry production
• Able to operate at a strategic account level
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Comfortable working in a home-based role

UK or Ireland (home-based)

• Regular travel across UK & Ireland required
• International collaboration within a global organisation
