Uncapped Earning Potential

As a National Account Executive, you’ll tap into an aggressive commission structure designed for your success! Imagine an uncapped commission plan where your monthly payout directly reflects your sales, soaring as high as 170% of what you sell!

Eclipsing six figures is achievable in your first year—our top three sellers are on track to clear over $230,000 in 2025!

To set you up for success, we provide a solid foundation with a starting base salary of $45,000, paid weekly. Your performance can elevate that salary in as little as four months, climbing as high as $85,000!

  • Work/life balance with a set schedule of Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM in office (first week of training is 9AM-6PM CST due to where our Sales Trainer sits)

A Day in the Life
  • You’ll start by learning & applying our sales process as you set appointments for senior reps to run and close deals
  • Once fully ramped, you’re in control of the full sales process from start to finish: providing a consultative sales approach with prospective businesses through outbound cold calls, 70-80 calls per day on average
  • Possessing a hunter mentality, you’ll overcome objections confidently and present digital marketing/SaaS solutions tailored to a business owner’s needs with the goal of securing their business as a client. The role is 100% cold-calling; zero account management
  • Foster continuous learning by actively participating in daily team meetings and weekly trainings to refine your craft and exceed personal, team, and organizational goals
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to adapt to our sales processes & scripting, and be coachable to improve your craft
  • Accountability to yourself and peers, including punctuality, process adherence, and bringing your best every day
  • A desire to exceed financial & personal goals and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
