As a Full-Time HCM Sales Associate at Mercantile Bank, you will play a vital role in driving success by collaborating with internal referral channels and prospective clients to present our human capital management products and services tailored for Core HCM clients. You will also manage HCM account relationships for existing Merc Force clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Analyzing customer needs and business practices will be crucial in determining the most suitable products, crafting compelling proposals, delivering engaging demonstrations, and guiding clients through the contract process to successfully close sales. As an HCM Sales Associate, you will:

• Assist in developing, promoting, and deploying HCM specific sales initiatives
• Maintain contact and relationship ownership with existing HCM clients
• Develop a deep understanding of business client situations to assess working capital and process improvements to recommend HCM solutions
• Make recommendations to HCM Department Head for product, service and marketing strategy, content, as well as deployment timelines
• Develop recommendations for marketing concepts and drafts content for client marketing communications and coordinate those with the marketing team
• Work closely with HCM Department Head to develop and achieve annual budget and goals
