Commercial Account Executive

We’re excited to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing national insurance broker with a strong presence in South Wales, who are looking to engage with ambitious and experienced Commercial Account Executive ready to make an immediate impact. You’ll inherit an established, profitable book of commercial business, complete with long-standing relationships and steady income, giving you the platform to focus on what you do best, building connections, delivering exceptional advice and driving growth. Alongside managing your existing portfolio, you’ll also play a key role in generating new business, leveraging your network, referrals and market presence to further expand your client base.

Working across a diverse range of commercial risks including property, liability, fleet and more, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, cross-sell and win new opportunities.

Supported by a knowledgeable team of account handlers and broking specialists, you’ll deliver a first-class service while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role, managing your own diary with a blend of client visits, remote working and office collaboration.

We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven professional with proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive building and maintaining a book. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets, a natural ability to build rapport and the commercial acumen to develop and grow a book of business. Cert CII (or working towards it) is desirable, but your drive, professionalism and client focus are what will truly set you apart.
