This is a full-time hybrid role as a Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Consultant, based in Huddersfield with some opportunities for remote work. You will assist clients in designing their dream kitchens and bedrooms, providing expertise, suggestions, and recommendations on products and finishes. Responsibilities will include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction by overseeing the sales process from initial contact to completed design.

Collaboration with the design and installation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience is also a key aspect of the role.

• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships and manage client interactions effectively
• Experience in sales, preferably in interior kitchen, or bedroom sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in design software and an eye for detail to assist in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Effective communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design ideas to clients
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of home renovation or interior design processes and trends is an advantage
