Our client is a highly respected $10 Million Income MGA/Broker with nine exclusive, best-in-class insurance programs. They are seeking a results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to support and expand their Construction and Maintenance Programs nationwide.

Position Overview

As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to construction and maintenance clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Construction and Maintenance client inquiries
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to assess needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Perform thorough risk assessments to properly evaluate insurance exposures
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals outlining coverage options and premiums
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and records
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or account management (brokerage or agency background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
