Senior National Sales Rep, Engineered Surfaces

• Develop OEM specifications across Engineered Surface materials to drive sustainable commercial sales
• Identify and pursue leads to create new business opportunities and establish a robust customer pipeline
• Promote the employer as a problem solver in Engineered Surfacing products and sustainability
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and volume/sales results on a monthly basis
• Maintain stakeholder relationship management, including end-users and designers

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, or Chemistry;
  Master’s Degree is a plus
• 5+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience in Building & Construction Sales or related fields
• Proven self-starter with a strong track record in new business development
• Experience managing the sales forecast process and using technical sales tools
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of P&L and proficiency in Excel

• Experience selling to industries such as Quick Serve Restaurant, Marine, Retail, Fuel & Convenience, and Military Facilities
• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze reports and data sets
