About the Role

The Director of Strategic Sales will lead enterprise sales, landing new logos and expanding existing accounts. The role works closely with internal partners to drive sales for Global Nexis Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Execute a complex, solution-based sales process involving multiple groups and decision makers in large enterprise organizations.
  • Create and execute outbound prospecting plans to build a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Define account strategies that enable sales by partnering with Nexis Solutions Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
  • Develop unsolicited proposals that align with customer initiatives and position Nexis Solutions to win large complex deals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly action plans and business reviews.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of assigned accounts’ business, finance, products, market and challenges.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and recognition/awards in strategic sales within large multinational organizations.
  • Experience selling enterprise APIs and SaaS solutions and positioning AI / Generative AI propositions.
  • Proven hunter (new business) selling skills in the large enterprise space.
  • Ability to apply diverse expertise across multiple areas for effective deal making.
  • Ability to anticipate and interpret business issues to design innovative alternative plans for achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills to solve complex business problems with broad impact.
Compensation

Primary Location Base Pay Range:
Home based-Ohio $113,400 - $210,400. Total Target Cash Range: $174,300 - $323,600.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $119,300 - $221,500. Total Target Cash Range: $183,500 - $340,700.
