- Strong sales skills and time management abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook
- Commitment to a 12-month term post-training before applying for other positions within the company
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Familiarity with travel and cruise industry products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
