This position serves the Metro Detroit area, meeting homeowners to provide estimates, explain options, and help them choose the perfect fence for their property. Every appointment is pre-scheduled and provided by our office: no prospecting or cold calling required.

• Meet with pre-qualified customers to provide on-site estimates and close sales.
• Learn and apply Superior Fence & Rail’s structured sales process and proprietary software.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on fencing trends, materials, and installation methods.
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
