Inside Sales Representative - Property & Casualty; Primarily

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their individual needs
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Follow up on unsold internet leads to maximize sales opportunities
• Service existing customer policies, including changes when customer service is unavailable

• Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with insurance industry guidelines and regulations
• Ability to multi-task effectively with speed and accuracy
• Experience attending sales meetings and seminars to stay current with market trends
