What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Negotiate and execute all aspects of enterprise renewal contracts using sound business judgment
  • Develop and deliver win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships
  • Engage in strategic account planning with stakeholders at the Director+ level for accountability ahead of renewals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the employer's products and licensing models while monitoring customer health metrics
  • Track and maintain customer data and renewal information in the employer's systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of quota achievement in a renewals or account management capacity
  • Proven experience negotiating complex $250K+ enterprise SaaS agreements in person and remotely
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills
  • Business proficiency in English and German
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Business proficiency in either French or German
