• Tech-Savviness:
  Ability to move quickly between our CRM, internal databases, and communication tools to be able to hot leads into appointments.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to promote our homes.
• Active Listening:
  The ability to truly hear a customer's needs and match them with the right housing solution and tailoring home recommendations to their needs.
• Exceed monthly sales goals by booking customer appointments.
• Stay organized and motivated to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience: A positive attitude that remains consistent from the 1st call to the 100th.

• A driven, self-starting individual with creative sales strategies.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales.
• High-energy engagement:
  You'll manage a high volume of daily interactions, using your creativity to turn initial interest into confirmed appointments.
• Punctuality and availability Monday-Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. (Rotating weekends, 5 day work week!)
• Willingness to work in our San Antonio office.
• Bilingual-Spanish/English a PLUS!

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Sunday, Every other weekend, Two Days Off

Work Setting: In-person at our San Antonio office, 410 & Culebra area
