Digital Sales Executive

As a member of a dynamic sales team, the sales professional is responsible for developing new business while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium customers. Daily interaction with your assigned customer territory using digital platforms, as well as occasional face‑to‑face contact. Ability to achieve company and personal sales goals in a fast‑paced environment while executing market strategies by engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs.

Essential Functions

• Develops new business and grows revenue by identifying potential new customers, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer's supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer's business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts as well as other internal partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business‑to‑business sales experience or two (2) years of the Company's business‑to‑business sales experience required.

Minimum Experience

Successful completion of the Digital Sales Representative program or six (6) months of Fed Ex sales experience or six (6) months of Fed Ex commercial customer facing experience or one (1) year of business to business sales experience.

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

Successfully leveraging technology (MS Suite, CRM, video conferencing) to maximize the impact of communication and to effectively research and engage aligned accounts. Ability to travel overnight as required.

Moderate travel required.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $27.40/hour
