Our client is an international industrial company specialising in the design and delivery of automation systems and machinery for end-of-line and packaging applications
. With a strong engineering background and an established presence across Europe, the company is currently expanding its commercial footprint in the United States.
In the U.S., the company operates with a local team of approximately 10–15 professionals
, including Sales, Project Management, Maintenance and Commissioning teams, supporting customers across multiple industrial sectors.

We are looking for a Sales Account – USA to develop and manage commercial activities across the Midwest region
, with an initial focus on:
Pensylvannia and North East
The role reports directly to the Sales Manager USA and will play a key role in driving business growth within the U.S. market.
- Working model: Home office
- Territory: Midwest US
- Travel: Regular travel within the assigned region 50-75%
- Drive Sales Growth:
Acquire new customers, particularly in the food industry (80% of focus), as well as personal care and paints sectors. - Promote and sell industrial machinery and automation solutions for packaging and end-of-line processes
, including picking and automation systems. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical-commercial discussions to contract negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate closely with internal Project Management and Technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows as required.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in industrial sales
, ideally within machinery, automation, packaging or related manufacturing environments
. Ideally FOOD Industry - Education:
An engineering degree is preferred but not required. - Ability to develop and manage a geographic territory in the U.S.
- Autonomous, structured and results-oriented, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
