The Vice President of Sales will be instrumental in spearheading Gum Gum's market-leading contextual advertising platform across outer markets West of the Mississippi. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this pivotal role demands a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of success in the online media landscape.
The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, fostering key relationships within the advertising community, and driving revenue growth through the successful adoption of Gum Gum's innovative solutions. This dynamic leadership position requires a deep understanding of the online media ecosystem, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships that deliver tangible value to clients.
Note:
This position offers the opportunity for remote work or 'work from home' as there isn’t a nearby office. We are only open to considering candidates in the Vegas, Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver and Ohio territories. This role will require extensive traveling (50%) across the outer markets West of the Mississippi.

Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Outer Region, consistently driving year-over-year growth through proactive sales initiatives. - Build Strategic Partnerships:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key brand and agency contacts and clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and providing tailored Gum Gum solutions. - Generate New Business Opportunities:
Identify and qualify sales opportunities from marketing leads, as well as through proactive prospecting and outreach. - Expand Existing Client Relationships:
Upsell current clients on new and existing products, leveraging Gum Gum's expertise in In-image and In-video display advertising and additional suite of offerings. - Focus on Key Categories:
Drive sales activation and relationship development within key Outer region key verticals. - Foster Client-Centricity:
Gather and communicate valuable client insights to internal Product teams, ensuring Gum Gum's offerings continuously evolve to meet market demands. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
