What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned geographical area
  • Develop and maintain a significant opportunity pipeline for ongoing growth
  • Create and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with customers in academic, government, and industrial markets
  • Provide timely competitive intelligence and monitor sales metrics using a CRM platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales of analytical instrumentation or test systems
  • Experience in optical metrology, nanoindentation, or thin film metrology preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and understand sales performance metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective technical presentation abilities
  • Minimum BS degree in a relevant science or engineering field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual Sales techniques and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently
