Account Executive

Project XIII Staffing is partnering with a growing organization in the environmental services industry to hire an Account Executive based in Newmarket, covering Cottage Country and surrounding territories. This role will support continued regional growth through new business development and account expansion.

The Account Executive will be responsible for securing new commercial and residential accounts while expanding existing client relationships. This is a home-office-based role with local travel and a high level of autonomy. Success in this position will be driven by strong territory planning, prospecting, and relationship management.

• Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling
• Develop and execute territory strategies to exceed sales targets
• Grow and manage existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of service offerings, pricing, and company programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery

• Regional account acquisition and revenue growth
• Achievement of established sales targets

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience
• Experience selling into multiple market segments
• Industry experience in pest control or environmental services considered an asset
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• Valid driver’s license with minimum three years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background screening
