We help property owners extend the life of their roofs, save money, and protect their investments.
Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated Community Outreach Business Development Representative to build local partnerships and drive growth across the Central Valley. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role ideal for a professional networker who thrives on meeting people, creating opportunities, and representing a respected local brand.
Key Responsibilities- Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and community gatherings in Fresno, Clovis, and nearby cities.
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, real estate agents, and local business owners.
- Schedule and host lunch meetings or coffee meetups with decision makers to introduce Infinite Roofing Solutions’ services.
- Utilize Linked In, email, and cold outreach to connect with local commercial prospects.
- Build and maintain a personal event calendar and outreach plan to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate local campaigns and promotional opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, community relations, or networking-based sales.
- Professional communication skills with ability to present to executives and community leaders.
- Self-starter who can plan and execute their own schedule with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
