- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of the software sales process and customer engagement strategies
- Experience in a quota‑bearing sales role with demonstrable success
- Familiarity with digital learning solutions and their application in sales
- A proactive approach to seeking coaching feedback and applying it to enhance sales skills
- Interest in continuous professional development related to sales techniques and strategies
