What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Initiate conversations with a high volume of prospective leads via phone or email to present product value and qualify prospects for discovery calls
  • Research and identify market prospects that fit the ideal customer profile and relevant contacts for outreach
  • Adapt messaging based on prospects' needs while highlighting industry trends and the employer's diverse solutions
  • Generate demand through targeted email campaigns to reach relevant audiences
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and report progress towards sales goals in the Salesforce system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in high‑volume outbound contact (email & phone) in a sales environment
  • Familiarity with technical or software product sales is a plus
  • Experience with sales tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce is advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas or measurable goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of the software sales process and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in a quota‑bearing sales role with demonstrable success
  • Familiarity with digital learning solutions and their application in sales
  • A proactive approach to seeking coaching feedback and applying it to enhance sales skills
  • Interest in continuous professional development related to sales techniques and strategies
