Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Remote Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and assess customer needs
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve lead conversion
- Provide feedback on customer objections, trends, and market opportunities
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently - Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or consultative selling environments is a plus.
