• Provide technical support for direct selling activities, including nutritional and animal management consultations
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and meet sales goals through strategic partnerships
• Gather and analyze technical market data to inform decision-making
• Create and deliver technical sales presentations at various events such as conferences and meetings
• Respond to technical customer inquiries and influence the development of marketing strategies

• PhD with 5-9 years of experience preferred, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of field experience
• Strong understanding of dairy industry and ability to work effectively across diverse segments
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and technical writing abilities
• Experience in providing customer-facing technical support and training
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications for customers

• Proven track record of collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals
• Familiarity with industry associations and current market trends in the dairy sector
• Experience in creating technical content for marketing materials and customer education
