We are actively searching for our next
** Senior Territory Manager, Food & Beverage – Northeast US.
** This role will be focused on selling filtration products to Food and Beverage manufacturers and resellers. This role will cover Northeast (NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, RI, ME). This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with previous industry-relevant experience. This is a remote-based position, and the proper candidate must live within the territory.

* Role Responsibilities:
*** Growing sales within the assigned region + Direct end-users + Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners + Train distributors and end users to maximize potential sales of Donaldson products
* Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end-users
* Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability
* Expanding customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion
* Collaborating with our field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads
* Developing and maintaining opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM
* Travel within the geographic territory at least 60%
** TRAVEL:
** Up to 50%

* Minimum Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree
* 5+ years of outside sales experience
* 3+ years of experience covering a multi-state territory
** OR
* ** High School diploma
* 7+ years of outside sales experience
* 3+ years of experience covering a multi-state territory
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Process Filtration experience would be ideal
* Food & Beverage manufacturing/industry experience
* Prior experience selling through distributors, resellers and engineering firms
* Strong sales aptitude
* Experienced territory management skills
* Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills
* Follow-up and attention to detail
* Ability to build strong relationships
** Annual Salary Range :** $93,800 - $122,000
Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.
This position is eligible for
** sales incentive or commission plan**, based on sales targets under company policy.
