Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Representative, based in Three Rivers, MI, with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. The Agency Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, generating and following up on leads, and offering tailored benefit solutions to businesses. They will collaborate with employers, educate employees on available insurance options, develop sales strategies, and meet or exceed established goals for revenue and client acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively present information to clients
  • Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, manage the sales process, and close deals
  • Knowledge or experience within insurance or employee benefits industries is advantageous
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage leads, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client interaction and reporting
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, or Military preferred
  • Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings and a valid driver’s license
