This is a full-time hybrid role located in Worcester, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing high-quality solutions from our broad range of MRO products. The role involves generating and following up on leads, growing sales in the assigned territory, and providing excellent customer service.
Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings and provide insights regarding customer requirements. This position is instrumental in contributing to the company's regional and overall sales growth.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships and present solutions effectively.
- Experience in driving sales, managing a territory, and meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products or willingness to learn about them.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a flexible work environment, balancing office work and potential field visits.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for attending customer meetings and site visits as necessary.
- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or related industries is advantageous but not required.
