Outside Sales Account Executive

This is a full-time, remote position for an Outside Sales Account Executive based in Miami, FL. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer accounts. The Account Executive will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and addressing client needs effectively.

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations to effectively showcase products and services to potential clients
• Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the customer base
• Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and nurture existing client relationships
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and the ability to address client needs and concerns promptly
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the HVAC/R industry and products is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
