Full-Time | Maui-Based | Commission + Territory Ownership Base: $50,000-$65,000 + Uncapped Commission Realistic OTE: $100,000+ for a proven producer

Maui Nō Ka ʻOi is hiring a senior, quota‑carrying sales leader to drive advertising revenue across Maui. This is a revenue‑producing role. You will prospect weekly, set meetings, develop and present marketing proposals, close business, renew accounts, and build a recurring book of business within the island’s resort, restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

This is a full‑time position requiring consistent outbound activity and ownership of a defined revenue target.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and open new business across Maui
  • Carry and manage a defined revenue quota
  • Develop and present print, digital and sponsorship proposals
  • Close new accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Maintain disciplined follow‑up and pipeline management
  • Manage and grow resort and on‑property distribution partnerships
  • Report weekly activity and revenue progress
Ideal Background
  • Proven media, advertising or B2B sales experience on Maui
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and commission‑driven income
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑directed and capable of operating independently in a relationship‑driven market

The right candidate should expect to build a substantial recurring book of business over time. Strong producers can exceed $100K+ annually as accounts renew and expand.

This is a Maui‑based role. You will work from a home office and spend significant time in the field meeting business owners and resort leadership. Maui-based. Home office + in‑territory client meetings with weekly team meetings in Wailuku.
