KBS Apps, Inc. is the creator of Aces Poker Run — the first global mobile event management platform dedicated to poker run fundraisers across boating, motorcycling, ATV, snowmobiling, and community events.

We are scaling rapidly across North America and internationally, with thousands of highly engaged participants and organizers using our platform to manage and grow their events.

We are now expanding our advertising and sponsorship sales division.

The Opportunity

We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to sell:

  • In-app advertising placements (banner, splash, leader board, event-level)
  • Geo-based sponsorship packages
  • Category exclusivity partnerships
  • Long-term brand integrations

This is a commission-only role designed for closers who want unlimited upside.

Compensation Structure
  • 50% of gross sales revenue for the first 6 months
  • 30% of gross sales revenue after month 6
  • No cap on earnings
  • Fully remote

This role is ideal for professionals who:

  • Have powersports, outdoor, or event marketing contacts
  • Understand mobile ad inventory pricing
Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect brands aligned with our audience (powersports, marine, motorsports, outdoor lifestyle, event sponsors, consumer brands)
  • Develop and close advertising deals across multiple placement tiers
  • Structure custom sponsorship packages
  • Price mobile ad inventory strategically based on impressions and audience targeting
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships
  • Maintain relationships for renewals and expansion
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:
  • Proven commission-based sales success
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills
  • Self-motivated and highly autonomous
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals
Preferred (Strongly Desired Experience):
  • Experience selling mobile app advertising
  • Experience pricing digital ad inventory (CPM, sponsorship, impression-based models)
  • Background in mobile app partnerships
  • Experience working with brands in powersports, marine, motorsports, or outdoor markets
  • Experience building strategic brand partnerships versus purely transactional sales
