• Support the execution of activation and go-to-market (GTM) plans for various sales channel incentives
• Act as a key partner for sales teams, providing timely information and materials to drive incentive activation
• Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure sales teams effectively utilize incentive benefits
• Draft and share clear communications regarding benefit launches and changes
• Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and cross-functional teams to inform future activation strategies

• BS/BA degree
• 4+ years of business experience working with sales teams, agencies, and/or partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, strategic‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities

• Experience leading discussions with key stakeholders to develop best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and pivot to high‑priority areas
• Resourceful and self‑starter with the ability to work well under pressure
