• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or an equivalent analytical/operational role
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a track record of delivering clear work-back plans
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• 3-4+ years of previous Sales Support or equivalent experience
• 3-4+ years working specifically with Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively across multiple work streams
