Job Overview

We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial Sales Contractors to help expand our client base. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive on results and want the flexibility to set their own schedule. All compensation is commission-based; there is no base salary or hourly pay.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers (property management, cannabis, healthcare, B2B, etc.)
  • Build relationships through Linked In, email, networking, and approved outreach channels
  • Qualify leads (budget, decision-maker, timeline, service fit)
  • Book discovery calls using our company scheduling link
  • Enter and update leads in the company‑provided tracking sheet (required for commission)
  • Confirm call attendance and follow up on no‑shows
  • Maintain accurate CRM/tracking updates and submit clean handoff notes
  • Adhere to company messaging, pricing, and brand standards
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience (digital marketing/agency sales a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
  • Familiarity with Linked In and digital marketing concepts
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Schedule & Expectations

  • Weekly activity and pipeline reporting required
