Business Development Manager – Vape Distribution

📍 Bournemouth, Portsmouth & Southampton (Home-based + F2F)

💰 £36K + £5K car allowance + uncapped bonus

📝 Full-Time | Permanent

Join an ambitious new player in the vape distribution market and be part of the journey from day one. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own your territory, drive market share and build lasting partnerships across independent retail.

You’ll focus initially on winning new business, then retain and grow your accounts – creating a strong blend of BDM and account management.

We’re looking for a proven field sales professional within vaping/smoking alternatives, with a strong track record of new business wins in the independent channel.

✨ £36K basic

🚗 £5K car allowance

💸 Uncapped commission

🌴 21 days + bank holidays
