• Freelance contract

• Flexible schedule (minimum 15 hours per week)

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will:

• Contact a list of assigned prospects
• Follow a structured cold-calling script
• Qualify customer interest
• Present the offer clearly and confidently
• Handle objections effectively
• Guide prospects toward completing their order using a promo code

This role requires confidence, resilience, consistency, and a strong sales mindset.

To succeed in this role, agents are expected to maintain a minimum Conversion Rate (CVR) of 3%.

Example:

If you are assigned 100 leads, you should achieve at least 3 sales.

• Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead qualification (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections with confidence

• Reliable weekly availability (minimum 15 hours)
