£45k + Uncapped team commission

I’m currently partnering with a leading cyber security specialist that delivers innovative, preventative strategies to protect organisations and their critical data. Acting as a trusted extension of their clients’ teams, they are experiencing continued growth and are looking to appoint a Bid & Sales Operations Specialist to support their commercial function.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is a high-impact role focused on bid coordination, sales enablement, and operational excellence.

You will support Account Managers by ensuring high-quality, compliant tender submissions and efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating RFIs, RFPs, tenders and security questionnaires
  • Managing and improving the central bid content library
  • Collaborating with technical teams to produce accurate, compelling submissions
  • Preparing quotes, pricing and statements of work
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
  • Supporting sales process improvement and reporting for leadership.
  • 3+ years’ bid/proposal experience
  • 2+ years in sales operations or inside sales
  • Experience with in IT, MSP, or technology environments
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • CRM proficiency and strong organisational skills

Have you worked in inside sales or sales operations in an IT or cyber security environment?
