Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Location: Home based within the UK, with travel as required
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission

As a Client Relationship Manager in Medigold Health's Protect Team, you will play a key role in supporting our clients to get the very best from their occupational health services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will take ownership of a defined client portfolio, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure contract delivery, and identify opportunities to add value through additional services.

You’ll be the face of Medigold Health for your clients
-building strong, long-term relationships, resolving queries promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. By providing tailored guidance and support, you’ll help clients navigate their occupational health journey and champion a proactive approach to employee wellbeing in their organisations.

Main Objectives
  • Overall contractual, commercial and relationship management responsibility for a defined Client portfolio.

  • Retention of Client portfolio in line with agreed business requirements and targets.

  • Development of the portfolio through up-sell, cross sell and other opportunities to promote and enhance the Medigold Health brands.

Specific Responsibilities Client Duties
  • Represent Medigold Health as a trusted partner, consistently promoting its services and value proposition.

  • Execute a strategic contact plan to build relationships with key stakeholders and promote growth.

  • Understand client needs and proactively recommend additional services to address gaps or add value.

  • Actively identify, pitch, and close opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Medigold Health services in line with key targets.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction.

  • Resolve client queries and escalations within agreed time frames, showcasing responsiveness to build trust and loyalty.

Commercial Duties
  • Drive client contract renewals via proactive, timely engagement, ensuring terms align with sales objectives and strategic goals.

  • Maintain detailed and actionable Salesforce records, focusing on tracking sales progress. opportunities, and contract renewals

  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments while leveraging interactions to explore revenue growth.

Additional Duties
  • Proactively drive client feedback via engagement meetings and surveys to support continual improvement and service development.

  • Contribute to the Work in Progress tracker and monitor service level and key performance achievements.

  • Where appropriate, work with Medigold Health’s third-party suppliers to ensure Client requirements are met.

  • Manage the shared team email inboxes, respond to client communications or queries and elevate as required.

General Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model by contributing to a high-performance sales-driven culture.

  • Proactively share ideas to improve the client experience and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements for this role
  • Higher education or equivalent experience in relationship management role.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, effective across verbal, written, and phone interactions with all stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior managers, directors, and key stakeholders.

  • Skilled in influencing key decision-makers both internally and externally.

  • Excellent time and diary management, with the ability to work remotely and travel for client meetings, site visits, and work-from-home arrangements.

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines.

  • Must hold a full, clean driving license and be willing to travel.
