Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Account Manager / Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of Software & IT sales. The ideal candidate understands complex B2B sales cycles and is confident speaking with IT Managers, Heads of Technology, and technical buying committees. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, expanding relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving new business growth through consultative outreach.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B technology sales, SaaS account management, IT solution selling, and enterprise client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Software & IT client accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with IT Managers and technical stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and warm leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand technical infrastructure and client needs
  • Present tailored IT and software solutions in a consultative manner
  • Handle complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers

    Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Software, SaaS, or IT services sales
  • Proven track record in complex B2B or enterprise sales
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and outbound prospecting
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to IT Managers
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Background in account management and new business development
  • CRM proficiency (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self‑driven and comfortable working in a remote sales environment
