Position: Business Development Executives – Directory Sales (Print & Online)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for high-performance Business Development Executives with proven experience in Directory Advertising Sales

Business Directories (Print & Online)
Paid Listings & Advertising Placements

Key Responsibilities:

Sell Directory Advertising Space (Print & Online)
Develop new business through cold prospecting and field visits
Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
Present directory visibility packages and advertising solutions
Close new deals, renewals, and upsell premium placements
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build long-term advertiser relationships

Mandatory Requirements:

Only apply if you meet the following:

Minimum 3 years UAE experience in advertising space sales
Proven track record in Directory Sales
Strong experience in field sales and cold acquisition
Confident in achieving monthly revenue targets
Currently based in the UAE
Valid UAE residence visa
Valid UAE driving licence
Hunter mindset and strong closing ability
Consultative selling skills for intangible products
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
High resilience and target discipline
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-first attitude
Pipeline management and follow-up consistency
