• Assist clients in finding the most viable insurance solutions for their needs and budget
• Maintain organized records and follow up with clients as necessary
• Engage with clients without cold calling or harassing friends and family
• Proactively solve problems and address client concerns during the sales process

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and self‑motivated
• Proactive in problem‑solving

• Previous experience in sales or insurance‑related roles
• Familiarity with mortgage protection and life insurance products
• Strong networking skills to build client relationships
• Experience working in a remote setting
